Sable Circle operates as a hospitality venue combining high‑end dining with a high‑tech card room. All card lounge activity is purely recreational, chip‑based, and offline. Chip points and club recognition only — never online play — are offered or permitted on the premises or via sablecirccle.com.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using sablecirccle.com, or by visiting Sable Circle in person, booking a VIP table, entering the executive card lounge, or participating in any ceramic chip point activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the website and refrain from visiting the venue as a member or participant in any card lounge activity. Continued use of the site or participation in our offline poker lounge experiences constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then‑current Terms.

3. Eligibility & Membership

Access to certain Sable Circle services, including the executive offline poker card room and VIP lounge experiences, may be restricted to registered members and approved guests who meet our eligibility criteria. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with applicable laws and that you meet all age and conduct requirements.

  • Minimum age: Access to the executive card lounge and participation in any poker‑style table activity is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Sable Circle may request valid identification and reserves the right to refuse entry where age cannot be verified.
  • Membership status: Membership is discretionary and may be granted, suspended, or revoked by Sable Circle at any time, including for breaches of these Terms, disruptive behaviour, or misuse of our high‑tech card room or VIP dining experiences.
  • Accurate information: When applying for membership, reserving a VIP table, or checking into the executive card lounge, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update any details that change.
  • Behavioural expectations: Members and guests must maintain respectful, courteous conduct towards staff, croupiers, and other guests, respecting the quiet, high‑end nature of our modern gastronomy and card lounge environment.

4. Offline Card Lounge Code of Conduct

The Sable Circle executive offline poker card room is designed for curated, in‑person entertainment only. Our card lounge utilises custom felt poker tables, RFID‑enabled surfaces, ceramic chip point stacks, and leaderboard‑style experiences that track ceramic chip points for club recognition. When you enter or participate in the card room, you agree to the following code of conduct:

  • Offline only: All card room experiences are conducted in‑venue at our Perth location. No remote, online, or app‑based gambling is offered, supported, or permitted under the Sable Circle banner.
  • Chip-point recognition only: Ceramic chip stacks, chip points, and leaderboard rankings cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed outside chip-point recognition, and cannot be sold.
  • Etiquette and fairness: Guests must follow the instructions of Sable Circle staff and professional croupiers at all times. Cheating, collusion, card marking, chip manipulation, or any attempt to interfere with our RFID poker table technology is strictly prohibited.
  • Respect for equipment: Custom felt poker tables, RFID‑enabled card surfaces, shufflers, and ceramic chip stacks are precision equipment. You must not damage, remove, or misuse any card room hardware or accessories.
  • Quiet, respectful environment: Loud, aggressive, or intimidating behaviour towards staff or guests, including at tables, is not tolerated. Sable Circle may remove any person from the card lounge where behaviour breaches these standards.

5. Responsible Enjoyment & Prohibited Conduct

Sable Circle promotes responsible, social enjoyment of modern gastronomy and recreational card lounge activities. We do not facilitate, endorse, or permit online play framed as gambling in any form. Without limiting the above, you must not engage in the following behaviours on sablecirccle.com or at our venue:

  • Online or outside-chip arrangements: Offering, requesting, arranging, or participating in any outside-chip arrangements, side arrangements, or external outcome links related to poker hands, chip stacks, or card room leaderboards.
  • Value transfer based on chip points: Exchanging ceramic chip points, chip totals, or offline poker results for goods, services, or anything outside chip-point recognition, whether inside or outside the venue.
  • Promotion of illegal activities: Using the venue or website to promote, organise, or advertise illegal gambling or any activity that would breach Australian law or local regulations in Western Australia.
  • Harassment or abuse: Harassing, threatening, or abusing staff, croupiers, or other guests, in person or via digital channels linked to Sable Circle.
  • Technology misuse: Attempting to tamper with RFID poker tables, card readers, chip tracking systems, or any digital infrastructure connected to the Sable Circle card lounge or website.

Where Sable Circle reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, we may immediately suspend or terminate membership, restrict venue access, or refuse service. We may also contact relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Reservation & VIP Table Policies

Sable Circle offers advance reservations for modern gastronomy dining, VIP booths, and executive card lounge seating. By making a reservation through sablecirccle.com, over the phone, or in person, you agree to the following principles, in addition to any reservation‑specific terms communicated during booking:

  • Accurate details: You must provide accurate guest numbers, timing preferences, and any relevant accessibility requirements when reserving a VIP table or card room seat.
  • Arrival times: Reserved tables are typically held for a limited grace period after the confirmed time. If you expect to be late, please contact us via the details on the Contact Us page. Late arrivals without notice may forfeit their reservation.
  • Changes and cancellations: Where possible, please provide reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel your booking. Specific notice periods or cancellation rules may be communicated at the time of reservation.
